Typical Jewel game that ends up being pay-to-play. They make the levels unfair so that you're forced to use power-ups or lose all progress. You waste these power-ups frequently. For example, there's one level where the power-ups kept going to the keys, which does absolutely nothing. Then, there was another level where a jewel color didn't appear frequently enough without extending the round with gold. Plus, the "Buy this pack for $2.99" every level became annoying. Not fun. Uninstalled.

it's a pretty fun game until you get to the point where they stop giving you bonus rewards for completing levels and whatnot. Then most levels have a ridiculously low amount of allowed moves and it becomes obvious that you can't progress unless you spend actual money. I don't mind (reasonably) ad supported games, but I will never spend money on a phone game. My advice is to play until it's not fun anymore and then delete it.

It's a really cool matching game. Each level attempts to get harder & more challenging. My only problem was I made a purchase for a special weekend package it was 100 coins and some other perks for $1.99, I NEVER received anything, I refreshed my game and started a new one but nothing helped!! I contacted customer service explained everything in detail to them I also included pictures for proof and I still haven't received ANYTHING!! No response, no refund, & no coins!! 🤬🤬
